When you want or need a little dessert in a hurry, these can be made in less than a minute and for only a few cents each!
Ingredients:
Flour Tortilla(s)
Softened or spreadable butter
Cinnamon
Brown Sugar (white sugar can be used if you prefer)
Simply spread a tortilla with butter, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon (as much or as little as you like, I like a LOT). Roll tortilla up into a little log and microwave for approximately 30 seconds or until hot. You end up with a very tasty dessert with almost no effort. This is also great for those hot summer months when you don’t want to turn on the oven to prepare a dessert.
I love cinnamon!
My favorite easy cheap dessert today was spinning a frozen banana with a Tbsp. of baking cocoa and a smidgen of milk in the food processor to make choco-banana “ice cream.” Delish!
Oh, that sounds yummy!
