This is my mom’s cornbread recipe (actually it belonged to her friend Debbie first) and it is the best I have ever tasted.
Easy Corn Bread Recipe
1 16 oz. can cream style corn
1 16 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
2 8 oz. pkg. cornbread mix (Jiffy works great)
1 c. low fat sour cream
3/4 c. butter, melted
Combine all ingredients, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes.

Do you also follow the instructions on the jiffy box ? I think the jiffy mix calls for an egg and some milk?
No, you just use the mix “as is” and add the other ingredients we have listed here.
